Crafting Timeless Living Estates

"Ralph did amazing work and his customer service made all the difference! We found him on a whim after reviewing some local contractors and are so glad we found him. We were in a tough spot and needed someone to start immediately after our pool contractor suddenly told us they wouldn't be able to complete our hardscape work. Ralph took another designer's work and executed to a tee. He worked around the pool contractors and was consistently friendly and professional. It was a HUGE job and Ralph offered his experience and expertise every step of the way. He completed all our hardscape including the pool tiling and coping, lighting and plants. Ralph started to feel like family after being in our yard for 8+ months. He was patient with us on indecision, stopped by regularly to check in on the job and offer advice etc. His crew were all very friendly and it was clear they enjoyed working with him. When we were unhappy with how the pavers were lining up, Ralph had it fixed, no questions asked. Ralph would always say 'I want you to be happy'. As our job nears an end, I'll be sad not hearing my 5-year old saying 'Ralph is here!'. The end result photos speak for themselves. We've had multiple neighbors come by and ask for his info. We'll miss you and your pink shirts Ralph, please continue to stop by and come for a swim!"

"We bought a new house in September and we decided to use Ralph to redo the backyard. We completely redid the entire yard. We are very happy with Ralph's work and how our yard turned out. Ralph was easy to communicate with by text and phone call. His crew showed up on time and communicated clearly. He was very accommodating to the many times we changed our minds throughout the process. Ralph was there to check in throughout the process and make sure things were going smoothly. Highly recommended!!"

"We hired Ralph for our backyard landscaping Project. It has been a fantastic experience working with him. Every detail was taken care of and every change request was met with a smile and "Sure, will make it happen" phrase. He checked in constantly and was easily accessible. Very grateful for the extra help, going above and beyond with our plant plans. Our front yard got done too! So glad our lives crossed paths, he will also remain a good friend!!!!"

"Ralph Centolella is a rock star, look no further and just go with Ralph. This was a large project, removing all cement around house, new stairs up hill to top seating area, new patio covers, plastered the chimney, pavers, stone veneer on front of house, redid fences, added a beautiful fountain, low voltage lighting along walkways and trees, new sprinklers, grass and landscaping. Ralph said 10- 12 weeks and it was done in 12 weeks, even with several days of rain delays. Ralph was here every day checking on crews and very consultative, making sure it was going to plan and what we wanted. Happy to have a beautiful new outdoors. You'd think after 3 months of construction you be glad to see your contractor leave, but I'm going to miss Ralph and his crews. Yes, that painless and an incredible finished product."

"Ralph and his team did an excellent job with our backyard. The entire team was incredibly clean and efficient and actually finished the job ahead of schedule. Our neighbors liked their work so much that they actually hired Ralph, too. If you are looking for an honest, reliable and hard working team, then I highly recommend Ralph Centolella Landscaping."

"Ralph is very easy to work with and his pricing was fair, in my opinion. We had a fairly large project, driveway, paver hardscape, elevated deck, retaining wall etc. and as is typical with these larger projects, there is going to be a lot of tinkering and changes made once things got going. Ralph was easy to communicate with re: all these changes and was able to find ways that made it work to our satisfaction. In the past, I've dealt with contractors who would use change orders as an opportunity to price gouge you since you are already committed to their services but Ralph was fair in his pricing and I really appreciated that. The quality of his team's work is fantastic and we really enjoy our new yard with a lot more usable space. We ran into permitting delays from the city and then covid-related supply chain issues for materials that slowed things down but to be fair to Ralph, the pandemic related supply chain issues and city permitting issues weren't his fault. Better planning with material orders may have mitigated some of the delays but hind sight is also 20/20. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ralph and his team for a job well done."
